You might think that neither my job nor my writing requires much discipline, but let me tell you that both require being organized and focused on the tasks. When I am working, I need to make sure I avoid overlooking any small details and stay sharp to meet my customer’s requirements.

While writing my crime fiction stories, I have to keep track of the characters I have created along with their features, the streets I name, every aspect of the story must have continuity.

As for responsibility, even though my job is done online, that doesn’t save me from having to stick to a schedule and the company’s protocols. As a writer, I use only my own words.

Having this job at a hosting services company and being a writer has been a dream match, as I am able to take what I learn in my job to my writing and vice versa. Additionally, I enjoy them both and I get to pay the bills.
